2. Description of Service

Kapitol.ai provides a subscription-based platform that tracks, scores, and analyzes publicly available stock trade disclosures filed by members of the United States Congress under the STOCK Act. The service includes trade alerts, analysis, and related tools.

All congressional trade data we display is derived from public government disclosures. We do not create, fabricate, or modify any trade data.

3. Not Financial Advice

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Whop
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or analysis
• Not use the service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on Kapitol.ai — including trade analysis, context stories, scoring methodology, and platform design — is the property of Kapitol.ai. Underlying congressional disclosure data is public record.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. Congressional disclosures may contain errors, delays, or omissions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapitol.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@kapitol.ai.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
